TRANSACTION TYPE

Hedge Wealth Capital provides loans for multiple types of Commercial Transactions. Our loans are used for Aquistion and Renovation, Pre Development Bridge, Condo Inventory Loan, Conversions. The bridge program is used for transitional & value add transactions.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS

Commercial Real Estate experience is required by at least 1 entity member. Trailing and Proforma Income and Expenses required. Cash to close plus closing cost.
