ELIGIBLE PROPERTY TYPES
We offer Ground Up Construction loans for residential properties. Eligible property types are Single Family, Townhomes, Multi Family (5-20 units), Mixed Use with at least 50% residential SQFT. Call us to check your deal eligibility.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS
We offer Ground Up Construction loans for new investors and experienced investors. Borrowers are required to have minimum FICO score of 660 and sufficient cash on hand to close. Licensed contractors and approved plans are also required.
